When Joseph Smith translated the Book of Mormon, he found it included many chapters of Isaiah's writings. Isaiah lived more than a century before the time that Lehi left Jerusalem. E.J. Wilson D.O., PhD shows how the Book of Mormon agrees with the Isaiah that is preserved in the Qumran Great Isaiah Scroll.

Strengthening Faith

In the Middle-East the members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, their youth joyfully met together from several countries for a youth conference, at the Galilee. As in the United States, the youth enjoyed interacting with other youth and had spiritual experiences that they will remember their entire life.





A Life of Service

Sister Spencer has lived in Israel almost all her life. She has been a great example of womanhood in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, showing kindness and care for all around her. She worked her entire life as a nurse, always aiding and caring for God's children. She worked tirelessly as a nurse during the 6 day war (1967).

We realized that the term “translated correctly” includes not merely the process of translation, but also the process of transmission. That is must be emphasized, because both of these processes provide the opportunity for the original message to be distorted, or even completely deleted. Prophets After Exile of 722

The resulting (corrected) Hebrew text I translated into modern English, using what scholars have learned about Biblical Hebrew during the last hundred years or so to improve the translations of words whose meanings were not at all known to the KJV translators. In Chronological Order they are: Zephaniah, Jeremiah, Habakkuk, Nahum, Daniel, Ezekiel, Zechariah, Haggai, Malachi.
